Dahami Gunathilaka

I am an MSc student in Civil Engineering at the University of Manitoba, supervised by Dr. Donghoon Lee. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Before joining the University of Manitoba, I worked as a Research Consultant at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), where I contributed to research on WFE Nexus, agricultural water use, sectoral water allocation and water - climate interactions.

My research interests focus on data-driven and computational approaches to addressing challenges related to water, agriculture, and climate. I have experience in Python-based modelling, data analysis, GIS, and large scale spatial and climate data processing.
